András is the Co-Founder and Director of Business Development at SĒTU Spa Consulting, where he leads initiatives in spa business development, brand strategy, partnerships, and creative direction for wellness projects. His work focuses on shaping distinctive wellness concepts, building strong brand identities, and fostering hospitality partnerships across the global hospitality and wellness industries. 

Before founding SĒTU, András dedicated nearly a decade to Mandara Spa Asia, the world’s largest spa operator and part of OneSpaWorld, where he actively contributed to the development, marketing, and positioning of spa operations across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. 

During his tenure at Mandara, he oversaw spa operations and supported development projects in key markets including Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia, collaborating closely with international hotel partners on spa openings, brand positioning, and guest experience design. His role bridged operational leadership with marketing and wellness brand strategy, playing a crucial part in the successful launch and evolution of multiple spa projects in the region. 

With a background spanning aviation, hospitality, and wellness, András brings a uniquely cross-industry perspective to spa and wellness development. He is particularly known for his ability to connect brands, people, and ideas, creating synergies between hospitality operators, wellness concepts, product partners, and creative collaborators. 

At SĒTU, András partners with hotel owners, developers, and wellness brands to transform ideas into compelling spa concepts and commercially successful guest experiences.

Julie is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at SĒTU Spa Consulting, where she leads operational strategy, spa development, and project implementation across wellness and hospitality projects.

With over 30 years of experience in the global spa and wellness industry, Julie is a seasoned leader known for blending creative vision with sharp operational expertise. 

From her beginnings as a dedicated Aesthetician to her tenure as General Manager at Mandara Spa Asia, where she oversaw 35 locations globally, Julie has mastered the complexities of high-level wellness management.

As the founder of her own successful consultancy, Julie has been a trusted advisor to world-class hospitality brands and boutique wellness retreats, including Four Seasons, InterContinental, Sheraton, HPL Hotels, and Gwinganna, Australia’s leading health retreat.

A specialist in spa development, Julie has successfully launched over 50 new spas, providing end-to-end guidance from architectural planning to final commissioning. Her most recent venture, Aquam Spa, marks a milestone in the Indonesian wellness scene by introducing the first-ever seaweed baths to Bali.

Julie’s unique ability to navigate both the creative and fiscal demands of the industry ensures that every project she touches results in an exceptional guest experience and a thriving business model.

At SĒTU, Julie works closely with hotel owners, developers, and wellness brands to bring spa concepts to life, ensuring every project combines operational excellence, creative vision, and long-term commercial success.

Surawut is the Managing Director of SĒTU Thailand, bringing a strong background in private equity, M&A, and management consulting. 

Prior to founding SĒTU Thailand, Surawut advised private companies, state enterprises, and financial institutions across aviation, utilities, insurance, and manufacturing. He also brings specialised experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors, having consulted for the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Thailand Privilege Card (TPC), and leading F&B groups including Turtle 23, the holding group behind Michelin-recognised concepts such as Lahnyai and Nusara. Drawing on his deal execution and advisory background, Surawut helps clients translate creative spa and wellness concepts into structured, commercially viable operations with clear revenue logic and long-term growth potential.

Surawut holds an MBA in Finance from Sasin School of Management and a BBA in Finance from Assumption University. He has also passed the CFA Level I exam, reflecting a strong foundation in investment valuation and corporate finance.

Fluent in Thai and English, with conversational Mandarin, Surawut combines institutional financial standards with a strong understanding of regional business culture and the operational realities of the wellness and hospitality markets.

At SĒTU, he leads the firm’s commercial thinking through financial projections, revenue modelling, feasibility analysis, and business planning. His work provides the financial and strategic backbone behind SĒTU’s spa, wellness, training, and hospitality projects.

Teddie is a Taiwanese creative designer and visual storyteller with more than five years of experience across branding, graphic design, cultural projects, and hospitality-related visual work.

With a Master of Science in Design and Planning from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi in Bangkok, Teddie brings a thoughtful design approach that connects cultural narratives with contemporary visual expression.

His work has been recognised internationally, including selection for the 21st Lahti Poster Triennial in Finland, one of the world’s leading poster design competitions. His poster and visual design works have been exhibited across more than 12 countries and regions, including Taiwan, Mainland China, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Spain, Finland, Turkey, Dubai, and beyond.

His previous work includes visual identity development for Yalong Bay Ocean World in China, bespoke graphic artwork for Mandara Spa Bangkok, visual design for the Banglamphu Museum Lighting Festival in Bangkok, and brand presentation work for major shopping mall and hospitality projects across Mainland China.

At SĒTU, Teddie supports the creative development of spa, wellness, and hospitality concepts, working across visual research, moodboards, presentation design, brand storytelling, and graphic direction. As Brand & Concept Coordinator, he helps translate ideas into clear, beautiful, and culturally thoughtful visual narratives that strengthen the way each concept is presented, experienced, and remembered.
